In-room breakfast is a real treat and is served with a variety of delicious options to suit any taste. The location is also ideal, with beach access and a lovely garden area to enjoy.

Although service is exceptional, one minor issue we experienced was with the bar area. The bar staff seemed a bit disorganized and slow, and it took a while for us to receive our drinks.

We recently stayed at an incredible resort in Mactan for our romantic getaway. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and special. We had requested a setup for a wedding proposal, and the duty manager, Madelaine Z. Aguas, was so helpful and accommodating. She made sure every detail was taken care of and wished us success with a smile. The surprise proposal went perfectly, thanks to the staff's efforts.

Although we encountered a few minor issues, like the need for new mattresses and some activities not being well-organized, the overall experience surpassed our expectations.

It is fairly clean and huge hotel, the staff are genuinely helpful and location on the beach is perfect. Outstanding breakfast, nice service. The view is mesmerizing and the pool is heated.

There were noticeable stains on the sheets and the bathroom could have been cleaner. We expected better standards for a luxury resort.

As a bigger group of friends, we loved the spacious rooms and the excellent location overlooking the beach. The staff at Azure restaurant was friendly and the food was delicious. The hotel had a variety of water activities and a beautiful infinity pool.
